The body of a woman was found last Friday at Pelican Beach Park in Satellite Beach, and now the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has identified the woman. Investigators say 58 year old Kathleen Steward of Satellite Beach was originally reported as a missing and endangered person back on August 21. Steward’s body was found in a wooded area of the park on September 15th, and now investigators say they believe she had been dead for several days before that. Autopsy results, including toxicology reports, are pending, but so far, the sheriff’s office says they do not suspect foul play.
