After Brevard County had only minimal impact from Hurricane Ian, Sheriff Wayne Ivey and members of his team are now headed to Lee County to assist with search and rescue efforts there after that area was devastated by the effects of Hurricane Ian. The team from Brevard County will be working with law enforcement and fire/rescue personnel from across the state of Florida.
