Melbourne Shooter Sentenced

A man was in court in Brevard County on Thursday, where he learned that he will spend the next 20 years of his life in prison for a 2018 shooting in Melbourne. It was back in August 2018… just about four years ago… when Reginald Little shot Lemonta Wynn in Wynn’s home on Lipscomb Street in Melbourne. Police said the motive was robbery. When they arrived though, Little had fled. He was captured about two months later, and charged with first degree murder. Earlier this month, a plea deal was reached, in which the charge was reduced to second degree murder. The sentence includes a mandatory ten year minimum because a firearm was involved.
