A crash Wednesday morning claimed the life of a 64 year old Melbourne woman. Police say she was driving south on North Wickham Road just after 9am yesterday, just south of Promenade Drive when she lost control and ran off the road, then crashed into a tree. She was taken to the hospital in Viera, where she was pronounced dead. The name of the woman has not been released. Police are still investigating to try to learn what caused her to lose control.
