A surprise yesterday, when Brightline announced that it no longer plans stop at Disney Springs. While Brightline trains still have plans to carry passengers from South Florida to Orlando International Airport, and then eventually extend service west to Tampa, the company on Tuesday confirmed that a stop at Disney is no longer in its plans. Some now believe that Disney will come up with its own form of direct transportation from Orlando International Airport… which despite the fact that many media outlets erroniously refer to it as OIA, is officially designated by the International Air Transportation Authority as MCO… just in case you were trying to find your way around. You won’t find OIA.
