Some turmoil in one Brevard County municipality, where the City Manager of Cocoa Beach is facing a no-confidence vote at today’s City Commission meeting. Robin Hayes is the Cocoa Beach City Manager. The vote comes at the request of City Commissioner Skip Williams, who so far has not offered any specific reasons for asking for the no-confidence vote, however… according to a report in FLORIDA TODAY, Williams claims he has a lack of confidence in Hayes’ ability to manage the city.
