In Titusville, police have arrested a man who they say shot and killed his mother’s boyfriend on Monday. 31-year-old Dominic Bland of Titusville was taken into custody on Thursday for the murder of 56 year old Carl Wigfall, who was killed around 3:30am Monday following an argument in an apartment on Palmetto Street in Titusville. Bland is no stranger to police… having been involved in domestic incidents and being arrested on weapons charges in the past.
