More development in Vierra… work has begun at the sit of a future Homewood Suites Hotel in the Borrows West Development. The 131 room property will include corporate offices, medical and professional office space, waterfront dining venues, retail and entertainment venues. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2024 on what is planned to be the first of two hotels coming to Borrows West by the same developers. The other is a 208 room Hilton Garden Inn, which will include a roof top bar and meeting space. It too is expected to open by the summer of 2024.
