In Cocoa, a homeless man was arrested after Brevard County Deputies say he broke into a home and threatened to rape someone. Christopher Sloan was taken into custody at a home on School Street in Cocoa after residents there told deputies that he broke the side door and damaged the front door of the house. Once inside, they say he approached one of the home’s residents and threatened to rape her as she was hiding in a bed.
Sloan is no longer homeless… he’ behind bars now at the Brevard County jail.
